Current Openings (Launching Summer 2026)

1.Leadership & Supervision: General Foremen

  • Roles: Site Leadership, Crew Coordination, & Safety Compliance.

  • Requirements: Minimum OSHA 30, 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial/mill-critical environments, proven track record of managing multi-craft crews, and strong blueprint reading skills.

  • The NexCore Edge: Reporting directly to our VP of Technical Operations, our General Foremen are the backbone of our field execution. You will lead elite crews, manage high-stakes project timelines, and champion a zero-incident safety culture with the backing of top-tier corporate support.

2. Structural Fabrication: Structural Welders

  • Roles: Heavy Structural Welding & Component Assembly.

  • Requirements: AWS D1.1 certification (or ability to pass strict multi-position NexCore weld tests), minimum OSHA 10, proficiency in FCAW (Flux-Cored) and SMAW (Stick) welding, and experience working at heights.

  • The NexCore Edge: No basic production lines here. Our Structural Welders work with elite-grade equipment to build and reinforce the massive, high-impact infrastructure that keeps heavy industry moving.

3. Precision Assembly: Structural Fitters

  • Roles: Blueprints Interpretation, Layout, & Tack Welding.

  • Requirements: Minimum OSHA 10, advanced proficiency in reading complex industrial blueprints/shop drawings, mastery of precision measuring tools, and proficient tack welding skills.

  • The NexCore Edge: Precision is our trademark. As a NexCore Fitter, you will collaborate closely with our elite welding teams, turning complex schematics into reality on high-stakes industrial projects where millimeters matter.

4. Plant Reliability: Maintenance Support

  • Roles: Preventative Maintenance, Conveyor/Hydraulic Repair, & Rigging Assist.

  • Requirements: Minimum OSHA 10, hands-on experience with industrial machinery lubrication, mechanical troubleshooting, basic rigging, and a strong proactive mindset toward plant reliability.

  • The NexCore Edge: Keeping mill-critical environments running smoothly requires rapid, smart intervention. Our Maintenance Support teams work alongside specialized technicians, gaining elite hands-on experience and keeping high-impact operations online.

  3. Compliance Clearing: Background checks and LabCorp screening.
